How long will the tour take?

The duration of your tour may vary depending on the type of tour you select. Currently, we offer virtual and in-person tours.

Are school tours free?

Yes, school tours are free! However, we do require that you register online in order to attend. To register for one of our next tours, click the registration link below.

Are there COVID guidelines for in-person tours at the school>

At Helix, we are committed to the safety and well-being of all faculty members, staff, and students. Therefore, we adhere to Louisiana’s state guidelines for COVID-19 mitigation.

Under East Baton Rouge Parish’s Phase 3 reopening guidelines, a mask mandate is still in place and are required when entering Helix Aviation Academy.

Will the tour be cancelled due to weather?

There is a possibility a tour may be canceled due to inclement weather. If this does occur, you will be notified by email and given a postponement date or options to reschedule.

However, we will try to notify you as early as possible if there is a case of inclement weather.
